The
Spring 2015 issue of The Key Reporter, a publication of Phi Beta Kappa,
arrived in the mail yesterday. On the first page, there is mention of a
proverb and its source:
'It was the ancient Greek philosopher
Heraclitus who said you can't step into the same river twice, a
memorable illustration of the principle that the nature of things is
change.'
